Evidence Aromatic, sensory and flavour languages

Evidence Aromatic was founded in 2006 by Elizabeth Bardonnaud, a flavorist and expert in taste formulation.

In 2023 and after 16 years of supporting her clients, Elizabeth entrusts the keys to Evidence Aromatic to Clémence Bossé, a trained flavorist and specialist in expert sensory panels.

After a degree at ISIPCA shcool in 2015, Clémence worked in the food industry with sensory experts and GC-O analysts. Then 5.5 years of experience in a sensory analysis provider company allowed her to sharpen his mastery of expert panels and sensory languages ​​both in terms of flavours and food products.

Thanks to the opportunity that Evidence Aromatic offers me, I wish to continue to support you on the basis of everything that Elizabeth has put in place. I share with her this passion for transmission and for the science of taste formulation.

I also hope to be able to bring you my experience in sensory analysis expertise. During my career, I was able to set up and train expert panels (cheese, food flavourings, razors), as well as ad hoc panels (food). I also created a method for training employees in memorizing odors for olfactometric description.
